Vitrified tiles are the modern alternatives of Marble, Granite, and Wooden flooring with attractive designs. Vitrified tiles are often used in high commercial traffic areas like malls, airports, Hospitals,  Hotels, and Outdoor areas of homes.

Vitrified tiles are also known as ceramic for its low porosity and a glass like texture. They are made of fusing clay ,silica, quartz and feld spar under high temperatures . Our tiles are resistant to water, frost and scratches and require low maintenance . The strength and tenacity of vitrified tiles can be attributed to the vitrification process during manufacturing. Vitrification involves exposing the raw materials to high temperatures above 1200°C. This process causes the materials to fuse together, transforming them into a dense, non-porous structure. The absence of pores ensures that vitrified tiles are highly resistant to moisture, stains, and chemicals, making them suitable for high-traffic areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

Each box of tiles is packed in a Carton and then each box is SHRINKED wrapped to ensure the safety of the material. Then these boxes are loaded on the pre-designed EURO Pallets, secured heavily with Plastic straps. The container stuffing is also done in the presence of experienced personnel, to ensure the best stuffing and maximum material can be loaded.
